Cancel a Premium subscription

Premium is billed through your Apple ID, so you cancel it on your iPhone. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel the subscription.

1. Open Settings and tap your name at the top.
2. Tap Subscriptions.
3. Tap RapidRecall AI.
4. Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.

You keep Premium until the end of the period you've already paid for. Exam Pass is a one-time purchase that never renews, so there's nothing to cancel.

Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restore purchases

New iPhone, or reinstalled the app? Sign in to the same account, then tap Restore Purchases. You'll find it on the Account screen next to your plan, and on the Premium screen. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Delete your account

You can delete your account and all your data from inside the app:

1. In RapidRecall AI, go to Courses & exams > Account.
2. Tap Delete my account.
3. Type the confirmation shown on screen (the first few letters of your course name) and confirm.

Your account, sign-in, study material, practice history, coach conversations, and transcripts are removed from our servers within minutes, and from logs and backups within 30 days. Photos and lecture recordings are stored only on your iPhone; delete them in the app or delete the app to remove them.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Premium subscription. Cancel it in your iPhone settings first (see above). If you can't get into the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.

Frequently asked questions

What does RapidRecall AI cost?

It's free to download. Students can try one college course free for a week, and certification learners get 50 free practice questions. Premium is $12.99 a month or $79.99 a year. Exam Pass is a single $29.99 payment for 60 days of access to your certification exam, and it never renews.

What's the difference between Premium and Exam Pass?

Premium is for your classes: add your own material or record lectures for every course you're taking. Exam Pass is for a certification exam: everything unlocked for that exam for 60 days, for one payment.

How do I sign in?

With Apple, with Google, or with an email address and password. Use the same method each time so your courses and purchases stay together.

How do I join the beta?

Install Apple's free TestFlight app, then open our beta invite on your iPhone and tap Accept, then Install. Beta builds expire after 90 days; TestFlight will offer the newest build automatically.

What can I upload?

Photos of notes, a whiteboard or a textbook page; files such as PDFs, Word documents, slides or a syllabus, from your iPhone, iCloud Drive or OneDrive; a link to one public web page; or a lecture you record in the app. Only add material you have the right to use, and check your school's rules before recording.

Where does my lecture audio go?

Recordings stay on your iPhone. When you tap Transcribe, the audio is sent to OpenAI's speech-to-text service, and the transcript is saved to your course. The audio is never stored on our servers.

Is my study material private?

The app asks before anything is sent. Your material goes to Anthropic (Claude) to write your questions and coaching, and neither Anthropic nor OpenAI uses it to train their models. There are no ads and no tracking. See the privacy policy.

An answer or explanation looks wrong. What should I do?

AI can make mistakes. Email us a screenshot of the question and we'll review it. Always check important facts against your course materials or the official exam guide.

Is RapidRecall AI affiliated with Google or NVIDIA?

No. RapidRecall AI is an independent study tool. Our practice questions are not actual exam questions.
